根據(jù)我區(qū)新的疫情發(fā)展形勢研判，為切實保障人民群眾生命安全和身體健康，經(jīng)珠海市香洲區(qū)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控指揮部研究，決定在全區(qū)臨時執(zhí)行以下疫情防控措施：

　　Based on the latest epidemic situation, Zhuhai Xiangzhou District COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters has made a thoughtful decision to adopt the following measures in the district to protect people’s safety and health:

　　一、暫停臨時交通管制區(qū)域內(nèi)部分場所營業(yè)。前山街道造貝社區(qū)、蓮塘社區(qū)臨時交通管制區(qū)域內(nèi)KTV、酒吧、棋牌室、麻將館、網(wǎng)吧、足浴、按摩水療、美容美發(fā)、公共體育場館、劇本殺、密室逃脫等密閉經(jīng)營性場所及電影院、游樂園（場）等室內(nèi)場館暫停營業(yè)，托育機構、線下培訓機構等暫停線下服務，餐飲場所暫停堂食。

　　1.Certain business premises in the temporary traffic control areas shall be suspended. Within the temporary traffic control areas in Zaobei Community and Liantang Community of Qianshan Subdistrict, enclosed venues such as KTV, bars, chess and poker rooms, mahjong halls, cybercafes, foot massage centers, spa centers, beauty & massage salons, public sports facilities, role-play studios and escape game rooms, and indoor venues like cinemas and amusement parks shall be closed temporarily. Childcare centers and training institutions shall suspend their offline services, and catering service providers shall suspend dine-in services.

　　二、加強社會面防控措施。所有人員進入小區(qū)、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場、大型商超、餐飲場所、賓館酒店、劇院、電影院、體育館、游泳館、理發(fā)店、旅游景點、美容院、按摩水療、棋牌室、麻將館、網(wǎng)吧、酒吧、KTV、健身房、游戲廳、密室逃脫（劇本殺）等公共場所須持24小時核酸陰性證明或核酸采樣證明。

　　2.COVID-19 prevention and control measures shall be strengthened. Visitors are required to present a 24-hour negative PCR result or a sampling proof before entering public facilities such as residential communities, farmers’ markets, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, theaters, cinemas, gymnasiums, swimming pools, barber’s shops, tourist attractions, beauty salons, massage and spa centers, chess and poker rooms, mahjong halls, cybercafes, bars, KTV, fitness rooms, amusement arcades, escape game rooms, role-play studios, and other public venues.

　　三、加強聚集性活動管理。按照“非必要不舉辦、能線上不線下”原則，嚴格控制各類會議、會展、培訓、文藝演出、體育比賽等活動的數(shù)量和規(guī)模。舉辦50人以上的聚集性活動需向行業(yè)主管部門或?qū)俚貓髠?，并制定疫情防控方案?/p>

　　3.The management of social gatherings shall be intensified. Non-essential social events shall not be hosted and activities shall be held online instead of offline where possible. The number and scale of meetings, exhibitions, training sessions, performances and sports events shall be strictly controlled. For social events with more than 50 participants, the organizer is required to make a report to the competent department of the industry or local authorities, and a COVID-19 prevention and control plan shall be formulated before the event.

　　四、所有外市來（返）人員，抵珠后開展核酸“落地檢”，陰性結果未出前，嚴格不外出、不聚集、不聚餐，不進入公共場所?！奥涞貦z”后第二天開始實行“3天3檢”，在此期間外出規(guī)范佩戴口罩，原則上“兩點（居住點和工作點）一線”，不乘坐公共交通工具，不聚集、不聚餐。倡導外市來（返）人員前5天非必要不進入除工作單位以外的公共場所。

　　4.All people coming (returning) from other cities shall conduct a PCR test upon arriving in Zhuhai, and refrain from going out, gathering, having group meals, or entering public places before their PCR test results are released. Starting from the second day of their on-arrival test, they shall take another three PCR tests within three days. During this period, they are required to commute straight between home and workplace, and avoid taking public transport, attending social gatherings, and having group meals. These travelers are recommended not to visit other public venues than their workplace in the first 5 days after arriving in the city.

　　五、加強個人防護。倡導市民進入密閉場所和乘坐公共交通工具時佩戴N95口罩，保持良好衛(wèi)生習慣。

　　5.Personal precautions shall be strengthened. Residents are advised to wear an N95 mask before entering an enclosed venue or taking public transport and maintain good hygiene.

　　以上措施自11月26日起執(zhí)行，視疫情防控形勢動態(tài)調(diào)整，敬請廣大市民理解支持配合。

　　The above measures shall take effect from November 26 and will be adjusted dynamically according to changes in the COVID-19 situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
